Evolúció Blaufränkisch comes from the Burgenland region. The Burgenland region is located in the eastern side of the country by the Hungarian boarder and it is he oldest vine growing region in Austria. Evolucio Blaufrankisch is organically grown and certified in Austria although it is not mentioned on the label, the producer also uses biodynamic methods in the vineyard and in the cellar. Light ruby. Blackberry with dark cherry and spice. It is fresh, dark cherries, fine tannins and soft finish with a well integrated acidity.
Medium bodied, unoaked, bright red & blue fruits - similar in weight to Pinot Noir
