In this class, we will look at the same grape variety grown in different regions, countries & hemispheres of the world. You will learn, through tasting, how the same grape variety can vary greatly by where it is grown. Climate, soil, sun exposure, regional traditions and winemaking methods all influence what ends up in the bottle and in your glass.
This class will be taught by our friend and Kansas City wine professional Toni Bertucci Ashe.
