Tequila as it is meant to be. Produced at a Woman owned, and Woman run distillery. The agaves come from the highlands and are roasted in an earthen oven. The Tequila is aged in 2nd and 3rd use American Oak barrels and bottled without additives. Herbaceous & agave-citrus forward without much sweetness to detract from the beauty of highland flavors. The mouthfeel is pleasantly round, and the liquid is both lively and refreshing.
