From his dry-farmed vines in the Swartland area of South Africa close to the town of Malmesbury, Adi Badenhorst has created this unique blend. Each component adds its own unique character to the wine. As Adi suggests: "The Curator is made for great drinkability, of course which means that the flavours are prominent and the textures silky and sumptuous.
