A blend from three Trousseau vineyards in the North Coast. Luchsinger, Boham and Bartolomei.
The soils are a combination of Vocanic cobble over ancient river stones (Luchsingers) and Goldridge. Native yeasts for both primary and secondary fermentations. All of the lots were fermented using 100% whole cluster. Aged for 11 months in a combination of neutral French oak barrels, puncheons and foudre
A light, juicy red, with hints of strawberry and earth. Soft cranberry, pomegranate, plum & citrus notes lead the way with bright acidity and solid tannins.
