Chaval is 100% Bobal from the younger vines at Bodegas Nodus in Utiel-Requena (Spain). Aromas of dark fruits, spices and clay. The palate is full of ripe plums and black cherries, vanilla, spices, and licorice. The tannins are light and silky. Finishes super fresh and bright.
