This little sister of the classic Trefethen Chardonnay has a lot of Trefethen family charm. Crafted to share select estate lots in a truly fun, everyday wine at a great price, Double T is named for the quadrilateral cordon trellis, commonly known as “Double T.” It is also a nod to the generations of T’s who have built the vineyard and winery.
Peach, green apple, lemon, and graham cracker crust headline the aromas on this medium-bodied Chardonnay. A creamy entry extends on the palate with delightful flavors of tropical fruit, melon and hints of baking spice. The grand finale is a long and lavish finish.
