Montelliana Prosecco


Cantina Montelliana is a cooperative of 400 growers located in the heart of Marca Trevigiano, at the foot of the Colli Asolani and Montello districts of the Treviso in the Veneto. This Prosecco is made from 100% Glera grapes using the tank or Charmat/Martinotti method of sparkling wine - meaning the second fermentation occurs in a tank, not a bottle to preserve aromas and flavors.
Lively bubbles on this flavorful Prosecco with aromas and flavors of golden apples with hints of white peaches and bananas. Fresh and aromatic, perfect as an aperitif, but also with pastas in cream sauces, risottos and grilled vegetables.
