The Blanc de Blancs is 100% Grenache Blanc & opens with stunning aromatics of white peach, Asian pear & sea spray on the nose. The entry is fleshy with a fine bead of bubbles, leading to green apple, stone and tangerine notes on the medium-bodied palate. It's lush with an impressive balance of fruit and minerality.
