Viña Aresti was founded in 1951 by Vincente Aresti when he purchased a winery in the historic winemaking region of Curicó Valley, just south of Colchagua Valley. In 2012, his daughters Begoña and Ana María Aresti took over after their father’s passing at 92 years of age.
Lime zest and mango on the nose. Dry and balanced with nice acidity; Lemon grass, white peaches, melons and a beautiful mineral like finish. Notes of gooseberries and sliced apples with hints of sliced green peppers and juniper. Medium-bodied, crunchy and crisp with a vivid lime pith character and notes of dried herbs to close.
