This sustainably farmed wine is 60% Sauvignon Blanc and 40% Semillon from 2 vineyards in the Tupungato region of the Uco Valley. This crisp, fruit driven wine shows notes of Cantaloupe and Honeydew melon mixed with juicy yellow peach and white flowers on the nose. The palate shows the melon fruit but adds jasmine, orange peel, and crushed wet rock with a touch of green herbs. Bright acid highlights the refreshingly dry finish.
