Nestled on the high-desert plateaus of La Mancha, Bodegas Parra Jiménez is renowned for its production of wines, crafted from a blend of native and international grape varieties grown in certified organic and sustainable vineyards. The winery is committed to producing wines that are not only pure and elegant but also structured, reflecting the unique terroir of the region.
For generations, the Parra family has been deeply rooted in the agricultural traditions of La Mancha. However, it wasn't until 1993 that they established their winery, at a time when organic viticulture was still a novel concept in the area. Undeterred by this, brothers Francisco, Javier, and Luis Parra chose to pioneer organic wine production.
They founded their winery in the village of Las Mesas, near Cuenca, and by 1996, they were exporting their first certified organic wines. In 2004, the Parra family embarked on an ambitious expansion, constructing new facilities at the Cuesta Colorá estate.

Blanco: Hand-picked organic Macabeo and Airén, pressed the moment they reach the winery. Juicy pear, tangy citrus, and subtle herbal spice race across lively acidity and silken texture.
Orange: Macabeo and Airén spend ten days lounging on their golden skins, soaking up copper hues, dried-apricot depth, and gentle tea-like tannins. Juicy mandarin, nectarine, and black-tea spice glide on silky, herbal tannins and lively citrus zip.
Rose: Garnacha and Syrah are pressed gently, then ferment wild in stainless to lock in bright fruit and brisk acidity. Crunchy strawberry, watermelon rind, and pink-grapefruit zest burst across the palate. A salty breeze of plateau minerality keeps each sip bone-dry, refreshing, and totally gluggable.
Fresco Chillable Red: Organic Garnacha and Syrah deliver ripe strawberry and plum, while splashes of white grapes add lift and a salty edge.
