We had a lot of fun over the years with our "friendly collaboration" with Andrew Jones at Field Recordings. It’s been three years since we teamed up with them on our rosé project. We are pumped that we are doing it again with the brand-new release of the 2022 Oui Oui Rosé. Just like previous years, this is 100% Grenache from vineyards throughout Paso Robles, California. The grapes were harvested early with the intent to make a bright & fresh rosé - not made in the saignee (bleed off) method.
The result is a light salmon pink colored wine that shows bright aromas & flavors of white peach, pink grapefruit, wild strawberries & blood orange zest. It is light, bright, juicy & an explosion of summer berries, citrus & watermelon fruits. The finish is bone dry with just a nice touch of gravelly minerality. We drink rosé year-round & so should you.
