This medium-bodied rose is dry with a nicely crisp acidity, and it is both refreshing and approachable. On the palate is primarily red fruit and cherry with a touch of strawberries and watermelon. The finish is very smooth. Served chilled, this wine is very refreshing and surprisingly versatile. It may be drunk as an aperitif or it can go with an impressive array of food, especially salads, seafood including lobster, and fish dishes, as well as pork or chicken.
