This fruit is hand harvested from vineyards at 2,600 ft elevation. Juicy, brambly fruit bounce out of the glass – red cherry, red plum, and black raspberry – all fully ripe and at the peak of flavor. It has deep red with purple hues with aromas of dark cherries and plum that is followed through with a juicy mouthfeel and velvety texture. Aged in concrete vats.
